This Entre deux Mers, bright with shades of yellow, is marked by citrus fruits and exotic fruits. Its grape varieties allow for a full-bodied palate with a lot of aromatic persistence, with Sauvignon bringing fruit combined with Muscadelle bringing roundness.
This wine is a perfect accompaniment to grilled fish, crustaceans and shellfish as well as asparagus. It is also very popular as an aperitif.
