This superior Bordeaux is a selection of old vines mainly Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Merlot. Picked at great maturity, the vinification and ageing are done in the Bordeaux tradition with ageing in wood for 12 months.
The notes of black fruit and roasting harmonize perfectly after a year.
Aeration recommended from 30 minutes to 1 hour before tasting at a temperature of 18 to 20°C.
Cellaring: 5 to 8 years.
