When tasted, it offers complex aromas of black fruits, spices and vanilla. The powerful tannins are silky and melted, giving roundness to this atypical wine.
It goes wonderfully with red meats, game and cheeses.
Aged in barrels for 15 to 18 months
Aeration recommended for 2 to 3 hours before tasting at a temperature of 16 to 18°C.
