TASTING NOTES

In fact its characteristic pale yellow colour, refined by precious soft greenish hues, shows off the innate and exemplary elegance of this wine. 

Nose : Its bouquet is fine, delicate, reminescent of white fruits and bread crusts. Aromatic expressions of white peach and melon with balsamic breath of great lightness. 

In mouth, Well structured in taste, it reveals a soft, harmonious, markedly lingering flavour. The sip insists on the white flower finding pure aromas of herbs and green tea.

PAIRING

Excellent as aperitive, perfect with fine herbs. Great also with vegetable starters or with fish risotto.
