This white Bordeaux, brilliant with shades of straw yellow, is marked by an aromatic complexity that finds its source in the blend of the 3 grape varieties as well as its passage in barrels.
We find exotic fruits, citrus and pear as well as vanilla and buttery notes. We particularly appreciate the roundness of this cuvée. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to grilled or sauced fish, crustaceans and shellfish. To be discovered with goat's cheese or hard cheeses such as conté.
Ageing on fine lees for 8 months in barrels with very regular stirring.
To be served between 8 and 10°C,
Cellaring possible for up to 5 years.
